Zooper Saturday (featuring river otters & polar bears)
Come visit some animals at the Zoo who are happy to welcome winter to Buffalo! Experience keeper talks and animal enrichments with the North American river otters, and our polar bears. Tree Lighting
Join the Buffalo Zoo in a new holiday tradition kicking off the most wonderful time of year! Enjoy carolers, hot chocolate, animal meet and greets, festive activities and be dazzled when the Zoo lights it’s holiday tree for the first time. Zoo admission is just $5 per guest (valid members receive free admission) starting at 3:00 p.m. Admission gates will remain open until 5:00 p.m. The holiday tree will be lit at 5:15 p.m. near the Zoo’s brand new Arctic Edge exhibit featuring Luna and her friends.

December 12,13, 19, 20 Breakfast with Santa
Celebrate the holiday spirit with Santa and the Zoo animals! There will be two seatings each day at 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Santa’s elves will be hard at work treating everyone to a breakfast buffet provided by CJ’s Catering, activities for the children, admission to the Zoo and, of course, a chance to visit with Santa himself! Pre-paid, nonrefundable tickets are required due to limited seating. Ticket prices for non-members are $17 for adults and $14 for children. Members will receive a $5 discount per ticket. Photo Contest
Take your best shot at the Buffalo Zoo and enter to win! Warm Up with the Cold Blooded
This fun animal event will take place in the Zoo’s historic reptile house, with special programming and activities running from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. Activities will feature some of the Zoo’s reptiles, amphibians, and other residents of the reptile house, and are free with regular Zoo admission.
