Help us celebrate the Year of the Frog inside our EcoStation from 12:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.! Learn how you can help save amphibian species that are threatened with extinction as together we join this global conservation effort. May 24 Bear Awareness Day
This AZA national event honors the bear populations of the world by educating visitors on which bears are endangered and what can be done to help save them. The day’s activities include crafts for the children and enrichment activities for our grizzly, polar and spectacled bears. The event runs from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. and is free with Zoo admission. June 21 Earth Day at the Buffalo Zoo, presented by the WNY Earth Day Committee and NYPA
Join local environmental groups, businesses and college organizations at our Earth Day fair from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. and explore how you can make healthier choices for you and our environment.
