Early closing dates:     Our gates will be open from 10:00am – 2:00pm
June 14^th – Catillion (the Zoo’s black-tie gala)
July 24^th – Wines in the Wild

Days to avoid: June 6^th - Corporate Challenge – limited parking surrounding zoo.

Presale Rate Requirements (received 3 weeks prior):

• Orders and payment must be received 3 weeks in advance to allow for processing and return postal delivery.
• No additions to order after the 3 week deadline. Those who have not made presale arrangements will be charged full rate before entering zoo at main gate.
• No refunds on discount admissions.
• Members must have a copy of membership card and list of people attending from that family included with order form.
• One chaperone per every 10 students is required.
• Badges must be worn by everyone before entering Zoo.
• We do not invoice with presale rate. Presale admission form can be used as invoice.

Group Sales (day of visit):

• Payment must be made in full .
• One chaperone per every 10 students is required.
• Upon arrival have head adult contact gate personnel before entering gates with students.
• Must pay as group and enter as group,

Purchase Order Sales:

• Purchase orders are only accepted at full Zoo admission rates. They must be submitted to cashier on arrival.
• Must enter as group.

Tips:
Avoid heavy traffic days of May 15 – June 30.
Early spring and fall are cooler and less traffic.
Winter has numerous opportunities to view our animals in a snowy environment and also view our fabulous plants and animals in their warm indoor exhibits.uffalo Zoo!
